HSK 2.0 and 3.0 are not interchangeable labels

Both standards describe Chinese proficiency, but their level systems and syllabus mappings must be tracked separately. Shared language evidence can carry forward, while readiness must be recalculated for the selected standard, revision, level and exam form.
